privacy

your privacy, plainly.

What we collect when you use this website, how we use it, and who sees it — in plain English, not legalese. This covers www.alofttrophyclub.com. Booking and stays are handled on marriott.com under Marriott's own privacy policy.

the short version

the gist.

  • we collect what you send us. When you use the contact form — your name, email, phone, the topic, your message, and any event details you add.
  • we note how you got here. To help our sales team respond well, an inquiry includes basic first-party context — the page you landed on, the pages you viewed on this site, and where you came from (e.g. a search engine or a link). We do notknow your search terms, and we don't run cross-site advertising that follows you around the web.
  • we use it to reply and improve. To answer your inquiry and understand which pages are useful. We don't sell your information.
  • you can ask us anything about it. Access, correction, or deletion — just send us a note.

the longer version

the full policy.

who this covers

This policy applies to the Aloft Trophy Club Westlake website at www.alofttrophyclub.com, operated by Kriya Hotels under license from Marriott International. When you click through to book on marriott.com, or when you stay with us, Marriott's and the operator's own privacy practices apply — this page is specifically about the marketing website.

what we collect

what you give us. When you submit the contact form, we collect your name, email, phone (if provided), the topic you select, your message, and any optional event or group details you add (dates, room counts, headcount, and the like).

how you navigated here. So our team can respond in context, a submitted inquiry includes first-party navigation details from your visit: the page you landed on, the pages you viewed on this site, roughly how long you spent, and your referring source (for example “a search engine” or a specific link) plus any campaign tags in the link you clicked. This is stored only in your browser for the session and attached when you choose to submit. We do not receive your actual search-engine query, and we do not follow you around other websites.

collected automatically. Like most websites, we use analytics that collect standard signals — IP address, browser and device type, pages viewed, and time on page — via cookies and similar technologies (see the vendors below).

how we use it

  • respond to your inquiryanswer questions, prepare a quote, and route group and event requests to the right person on our sales team.
  • qualify and preparethe navigation context and any event details help us reply with the right information faster — e.g. knowing you looked at meeting space and group rooms.
  • improve the websiteanalytics tells us which pages are useful and which aren't.
  • security and legalprotect against spam and fraud, and comply with applicable law.

We do not sell your personal information, share it with third parties for their own marketing, or run cross-site behavioral advertising. We do not add you to a marketing list from a contact-form submission.

use of ai to handle inquiries

To help our team triage and respond, the details of a submitted inquiry may be processed by a third-party AI service (Anthropic) to produce a short internal summary and suggested next steps for the agent. This is an internal aid only — a person reviews and handles every inquiry. The AI provider processes the text to return the summary and does not use it to train its models.

vendors who process information for us

We use a small set of trusted providers to run the website. Each sees only what it needs.
